Joshua 10

12 "Then spake Joshua to the LORD in the day when the LORD delivered up the Amorites before the children of Israel, and he said in the sight of Israel, sun stand thou still upon Gibeon; and thou, moon upon Ajalon.
13 And the sun stood still, and the moon stayed, until the people had avenged themselves upon their enemies. Is not this written in the book of Jasher? So the sun stood still in the midst of heaven, and hasted not to go down about a whole day.
14 And there was no day like that before it or after it, that the LORD hearkened unto the voice of a man: for the LORD fought for Israel."

NASA states on their web site: "According to the laws of physics, there are only two possible explanations for having the Sun stand still in the sky for a day: (1) the Earth would essentially have to stop spinning on its axis...for which there is no evidence. -or- (2) the Sun would have to start moving about in the solar system in a very specific way so that it appeared to us on our spinning Earth to be standing still. There is no evidence of this occurring either."

Joshua 10:13b "So the sun stood still in the midst of heaven, and hasted not to go down about a whole day."

John 11:9 "Jesus answered, Are there not twelve hours in the day? If any man walk in the day, he stumbleth not, because he seeth the light of this world."

The sun stood still "in the midst" of heaven is literally translated as "from the half" of heaven If the sun moved with earth's rotation 12 hours that is half way. Israel would see stars from the other half of heaven that night. While demonstrating to my wife, in the summer of 1999, the sun moving 180° around the earth to stand still in the sky it occurred to me earth would continue moving but now in reverse. Ancient Greek and Chinese records describe earth in a reverse orbit.

Harold Hill who wrote the Missing Day Story may have heard of NASA scientists discovering such a reverse orbit. He used Totten's book, published in 1890, instead. These may be the original NASA calculations in the Missing Day Story: When the sun moved 180° east to stand still in the sky for Joshua the sun moved to the other side of the earth, which takes 12 hours, and earth flowed into a reverse orbit. Then there was 12 hours of elapsed time unaccounted for. This might be February 26 1238 BC and half an orbit from then, 186 days and 10 hours 10 PM August 31. This is the same as the half orbit from our Spring equinox to our Fall equinox. Earth is nearest the Sun on January 3 2011, which is two weeks after the winter solstice. February 26 1238 BC is a quarter orbit plus two weeks after earth's nearest approach to the sun in 1239 BC November 15. Over the past 7000 years earth's nearest approach of the sun has shifted from September to January. Thus the half orbit from noon February 26 to 10 PM August 31 is the same 186 days 10 hours. Then the sun could move back and earth flow out of the reverse orbit. For there to be 365 days a reverse orbit year earth must speed up 48 hours in its orbit around the sun. Else there would be 367 days a year because rotation is against orbit. Then we have about 24 hours of missing time in this half orbit unaccounted for. Earth must speed up 24 hours in half a year of 183 days. But this half orbit is 186 days 10 hours of 365 days, 186.4166/365.2422 X 48, correlating to 24 hours and 30 minutes missing time, from which we can round up to 24 hours and 40 minutes. Realistically the shortest half orbit would also be the more sped up half. 365.24/178.8 X 48 / 4 = 24 hours 30 minutes missing time applied to the 179 days shorter half orbit. Then we may have found the 40 minutes in the Missing Day Story. 10 PM August 31 1238 BC may have been when Gideon attacked the Midianites at the beginning of the second watch that year, slew 120,000 men and travelled 60 miles before turning back in victory before sunrise. Not possible in the dark and not possible in just the few hours of the morning twilight.

John 9:4 "I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work."

The sun could travel 540° east, the sun rise in the west and earth flow out of the reverse orbit. More likely, the sun brightened sevenfold and the moon reflected the light of the sun and appeared as bright as the sun. Then the sun and moon moved either 180° or 540° to stand still in the sky for 12 hours or 36 hours and earth flow out of the reverse orbit of the sun. This was a full moon over Gideon and the sun on the other side of the earth at the beginning of the second watch. Now we need to take care of the 40 minutes. In Judges 8:13 Gideon returned before the sun ascended, perhaps suddenly in the east still at sevenfold brightness. Then earth could flow into a reverse orbit of the sun for the winter half reverse orbit to take care of the 40 minutes.

Matthew 5:45 "That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust."

A second reverse orbit of 178.6 days right after the first covers the shortest half of earth's elliptical orbit. 178.6/365.24 X 48 = 23:30 hours rounded to 23:20 hours. 24:40 hours + 23:20 hours = 48 hours missing time. We have found the missing 40 minutes. 48 hours elapsed time countered by 48 hours missing time. The elapsed time: + 12 hours February 26 1238 BC + 36 hours - sun at sevenfold on the other side of the earth and full moon as bright as the sun - the night of August 31 1238 BC - 12 hours September 1 1238 BC and + 12 hours February 27 1237 BC. The beginning of the second watch may be the time the sun rose in the east at sevenfold brightness at Jesus' resurrection April 5 33 AD. When the sun travelled east 180° or 540° and stood still in the sky perhaps the sun was dimmed on earth, when the sun travelled west 180° perhaps the sun was brightened sevenfold. Then when earth flowed out of the second reverse orbit February 27 1237 BC eclipse paths on earth's surface would be exactly where we would predict them to be backwards in time and daily coral lines would be exactly as we would expect them to be each day. Yes, you can find if the sun set on February 26, 1238 BC in the daily growth on a coral. However, if the sun were dimmed the layer may appear as any other daily layer.

You can see in the above orbits that earth in a reverse orbit has 2 more days a year. This means earth must speed up in its reverse orbit 48 hours, 2 X 24 hour days, to keep 365.2422 days a year. Or else there would be 367.2422 days a year. That is, earth must speed up from 105,000 kilometers an hour to 105,570 kilometers an hour.
Likewise, the moon in earth's reverse orbit has two more lunar months a year. Thus the moon must slow down two orbits a reverse orbit year. There are 27.322 days a lunar orbit. Then in a reverse orbit the moon must slow down 54.644 days a year to keep the normal 12 lunar months a year. Because earth is sped up 48 hours a year, the moon must speed up 48 hours a year as well. So the moon must slow down 52.644 days in its orbit of the earth in a reverse orbit year to keep the same 12.36 lunar months a year. That is, the moon must slow down from 3,600 kilometers an hour to 3,100 kilometers an hour. All these orbits are relative to earth. Tides etc. would be exactly the same relative to the day. Scientists measure how many tides = lunar orbits a year in sediment. They can then calculate the lenghth of the day. However, in this controled reverse orbit the number of lunar orbits a year is exactly the same as normal. The length of the year with long days is exactly the same as well. No evidence was left.

The space program began in earnest in 1958 so by 1969 when Harold Hill heard of the Missing Day NASA was capable of discovering it. According to Harold Hill NASA discovered it in the 1960's space mission to the moon. Simply finding a result that was an error could cause the red light to come up. Such a result could be that the sun was 180° away from where should be, like in king Wan's dream, would cause the program to halt. Joshua's rising moon in Israel was above in China, Joshua's noon sun was setting in China. King Wan's dream occurred just after sunset. The planets were in Fang/Libra, the sun in Virgo - a Fall constellation. However, the date was the first week of the first month of Spring when the sun must be in Pisces. There may have been a computer check that gave an error when the wrong season of the year was entered in regards to the position of the sun. Fall was the answer the computer was looking for. Spring was entered. Then the red light. Once they obtained the date the earth was nearest the sun in 1238 BC and the Assyrian Omen date of Adar, February - the same date as the Chinese Spring, for the sun standing still at noon, they could calculate the missing 40 minutes on a slide rule. Both the Assyrian Omen and king Wan's dream and Joshua's long day were for about 1200 BC. Some of the talented people employed in the mission to the moon may have been the ones to discover the missing day. Or else I am the first to discover the model of Joshua's long day. The "Missing Day" Story

Did you know that the space program is busy proving that what has been called myth in the Bible is true? Mr. Harold Hill, President of the Curtis Engine Company in Baltimore Maryland and a consultant in the space program, relates the following development:

I think one of the most amazing things that God has for us today happened recently to our astronauts and space scientists at Green Belt, Maryland. They were checking the position of the sun, moon, and planets out in space where they would be 100 years and 1000 years from now.. We have to know this so we won't send a satellite, up and have it bump into something later on during its orbits. We have to lay out the orbits in terms of the life of the satellite, and where the planets will be so the whole thing will not bog down..

They ran the computer measurement back and forth over the centuries and it came to a halt. The computer stopped and put up a red signal, which meant that there was something wrong either with the information fed into it or with the results as compared to the standards. They called in the service department to check it out and they said what's wrong?

Well they found there is a day missing in space in elapsed time. They scratched their heads and tore their hair. There was no answer. Finally, a Christian man on the team said, You know, one time I was in Sunday school and they talked about the sun standing still. While they didn't believe him, they didn't have an answer either, so they said, Show us. He got a Bible and went back to the book of Joshua where they found a pretty ridiculous statement for any one with common sense.

There they found the Lord saying to Joshua, Fear them not, I have delivered them into thy hand; there shall not a man of them stand before thee. Joshua was concerned because he was surrounded by the enemy and if darkness fell they would overpower them. So Joshua asked the Lord to make the sun stand still! That's right---The sun stood still and the moon stayed---and hasted not to go down about a whole day!

The astronauts and scientists said, There is the missing day! They checked the computers going back into the time it was written and found it was close but not close enough. The elapsed time that was missing back in Joshua's day was 23 hours and 20 minutes---not a whole day. They read the Bible and there it was about (approximately) a day.

These little words in the Bible are important, but they were still in trouble because if you cannot account for 40 minutes you'll still be in trouble 1000 years from now. Forty minutes had to be found because it can be multiplied many times over in orbits..

As the Christian employee thought about it, remembered somewhere in the Bible where it said the sun went backwards. The scientists told him he was out of his mind, but they got out the Book and read these words in 2 Kings: Hezekiah, on his death-bed, was visited by the prophet Isaiah who told him that he was not going to die. Hezekiah asked for a sign as proof. Isaiah said Do you want the sun to go ahead 10 degrees? Hezekiah said, It is nothing for the sun to go ahead 10 degrees, but let the shadow return backward 10 degrees. Isaiah spoke to the Lord and the Lord brought the shadow ten degrees backward! Ten degrees is exactly 40 minutes! Twenty three hours and 20 minutes in Joshua, plus 40 minutes in Second Kings make the missing day in the universe!

Isn't it amazing? Our God is rubbing their noses in His Truth! References:

The reference to the sun's shadow descending backwards in 2 Kings 20:9-11 was the Hebrew word Mahaleh, for ascending as well. Then the second reference should be Judges 8:13 instead when Gideon returned before the sun was up, before the sun ascended, to correct for this 40 minutes. Also, of note is the reference to the sun going backwards. The sun might have gone backwards to rise in the west at 10PM August 31 1238 BC and then suddenly ascending 5AM September 1 1238 BC in the east 42 hours later. Or perhaps the sun was brightened to sevenfold and the moon became as the sun as the moon reflected the brightened sun - and the sun and moon moved 180° or 540° east for the full moon to stand still over Gideon for 12 or 36 hours. Then before the moon set, perhaps the sun still sevenfold in brightness, the sun suddenly rose at 5 AM September 1 1238 BC changing direction and traveling 180° west. Perhaps the sun travelled west 180° immediately after travelling 540° east. That is, perhaps after the moon had stood still at the 10 PM position for 36 hours, the sun travelled 180° west to suddenly and brilliantly ascend to the noon position on Israel.

This may be the red light in the Missing Day Story. NASA computers often put up a red light and had to be seen to:

If the earth stopped or reversed its rotation, the problems are immense. If the earth stopped rotating for 24 hours there would be 24 hours of missing time. If the sun revolved around the earth 360° there would again be 24 hours of missing time. If the sun moved halfway around the earth in a series of 4 sun miracles there would be no net missing time. No evidence left. The word for - So the sun stood still in the "midst" of heaven - is literally half, "from the half of heaven". Of the 126 times it is used in the Bible, 108 times it is translated as "half" and 8 times as "midst". If you are counting on the stars of heaven as your guide, the only way the sun can stand still from the half of heaven is if the sun revolved around the earth to the other half of heaven. That night Israel would see stars from the other half of heaven.

If the sun moved not 360° but 180° the seasons would change. Earth would flow into a reverse orbit of the sun and must shift on its axis or the sun must move up or down as well as moving the 180° to keep in the same season, unless on the vernal or autumn equinox. Very likely the sun moved up or down after moving the 180° and the orbits of the planets tilted with the sun and no pole shift was necessary. If the sun moved 180° east February 26 1238 BC to stand still at noon in the sky for Joshua for 12 hours the sun must move down to keep the same inclination to earth. Then earth would keep in the same season. Even the sun would move along the exact same zodiac path, only in reverse. Orbital Variations and Insolation Database (search and read up on it under "orbital variations" or "insolation database") show the seasons and the sun's intensity did not change. This model leaves no evidence. If the sun moved up or down after moving 180° there would be no affect on the earth. Earth must orbit the same distance from the sun in the same elliptical orbit it would have. Earth must rotate exactly as it would have. Thus earth must have been carefully managed to leave no biological trace. Each day must be 8 minutes shorter than it would have in a reverse orbit because earth must be sped up 2 days, 48 hours, a year to keep 365.24 days a year because rotation is against orbit. The daily amount of heat radiation from the sun must have been adjusted to leave no biological trace in this 8 minutes less a day, 4 minutes less daylight a day. Other than moving the sun at near light speed, there is nothing about this present physics cannot accommodate or expect there to be physical evidence left. If the physics works and leaves no evidence and fits ancient observation, then beware if you be so inclined to mock what may very well be God's work. If NASA is saying there is no trace, no physical evidence the sun moved, they are probably right. However, NASA may be saying there is no evidence whatsoever of the sun being moved around the earth. Then the abundance of evidence documented on this web page directly contradicts that statement. If the sun moved to the other side of the earth, earth's forward momentum would carry earth into a reverse orbit of the sun. Earth must match its elliptical orbit in reverse perfectly. Earth almost certainly could not be left to itself. The reverse orbit must have been very skillfully managed to keep the sun's same seasonal intensity, as it would have had, throughout the year at the same time speeding up the yearly orbit 48 hours to keep the 365 days in a year because rotations are against orbit. If the sun moved earth must flow into a reverse orbit. This answers both concerns: Earth is rotating at 1,000 mph at the equator and rushing at 70,000 mph around the sun. You will read here of many reverse zodiacs/orbits. The evidence on this page is reliable.

Genesis 8:22 "While earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease."

We can see God kept all these promises at the same time moving the sun 180° around the earth and a little up or down to keep earth in the same season. Moving the sun around the earth at the same distance means there would be no change to earth's temperature. Day and night depended on where the sun was and seeing earth continued to rotate day and night continued. Day was when the sun appeared. Thus if the sun moved 180° east generally day/night was 12 hours longer or if the sun moved 180° west day/night was 12 hours shorter. Earth continued to rotate exactly as it would have untouched. Moreover, 12 hours daylight of a normal day was a sign of the shortness of life. Nevertheless, there were many days with 12 hours more daylight, even 36 hours more daylight. Some will say this is not in the Bible. My response is, Oh yes, it is. Many of these days are in the Bible. And the Chinese record sun miracles on the same day and date as those in the Bible. The model of reverse orbit is in the Bible:

Joshua 10:13b "the sun stood still in the midst of heaven for about a whole day"

This verse literally reads the sun stood still from the half of heaven for about a whole day. This means the sun revolved around the earth as earth rotated half way to stand still in the sky for a day of 12 hours and earth's foward momentum carried earth into a reverse orbit of the sun.





The zodiac progresses nomally on the left: Aquarius, Pisces, Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpius, Sagittarius, Capricorn.
The zodiac progresses in reverse on the right: Leo, Cancer, Gemini, Taurus, Aries, Pisces, Aquarius, Capricorn, Sagittarius, Scorpius, Libra, Virgo.
You can see not only does the zodiac progress in reverse in a reverse orbit, but also jumps six zodiac constellations. The inner planets Mercury and Venus and also Mars must also jump six constellations. The Chinese zodiac progresses in reverse perhaps because there were so many reverse orbits the Chinese thought they were normal.

This research would not have been necessary if only people read their Bibles. You cannot pick up the Bible without reading at least some hint of sun miracles.

You can see in this zodiac from the Beth Alpha Synagogue below, 600 AD. There are many zodiacs in ancient Israel synagogues, that the fish of Pisces face both directions perhaps from Old Testament tradition. This may indicate the Israelites were familiar with earth flowing into a reverse orbit of the sun. Thus for half a year or a year they would experience the zodiac progressing in reverse. This may have happened as often as every seven years. They would be very conscious this was connected to the sun miracles God performed for their benefit. You can see the chariot of the sun in the middle. The sun and chariot were not to be depicted in the synagogues of Israel.

This sudden and perhaps bright sunrise of Gideon may have been a type of the resurrection morning. Pilate is said to have wrote Caeasar Tiberius: "And at the third hour of the night the sun appeared more luminous than it had ever shone, lighting up the whole hemisphere." This could begin a second half reverse orbit at Jesus' resurrection in the same way as for Gideon.

There may have been a sun miracle to begin John the Baptist's ministry. In 29 AD "Empeor Guangwu of Han, 5th year of the Jianwu reign period. A guest star trespassed against YUZUO extremely closely." East Asian Archaeology, p.130. Yuzuo is the imperial throne. A sun miracle then would be seen as a threat to the imperial throne, an occassion for a revolution. Guangwu became emperor in 25 AD and from 27 AD to 36 AD - the period looked at here - he waged war with various warlords. Sun miracles often triggered revolution in China. So he would be sensitive to a sign from heaven that could cause rebellion against him that could overthrow his kingdom. Such as this one very nearly did.

John 1:5 "And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.
1:6 There was a man sent from God, whose name was John.
1:7 The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe."

Possibly the beginning of Jesus' ministry was the passover on the lunar eclipse April 25 31 AD or March 27 31 AD. See alternative dates. There were three passovers in the Gospels. More likely the first passover of Jesus' ministry was February 24 31 AD and that passover night the sun and moon stood still for 12 or 36 hours and earth flowed out of a reverse orbit of the sun. Then there may have been a sun miracle six months earlier at the feast of tabernacles Sunday the day of atonement August 27 30 AD to Saturday the passover February 24 31 AD, and this be the sun miracle in China in 30 AD rather than 29 AD. A long night of 36 more hours on the passover and some may have understood this could be the three days, 3 X 12 hours. That is, the sun and moon may have revolved around the earth one and a half times. Howbeit the passover at the lunar eclipse the night Jesus' was crucified may have been +60 more hours long. Then the sun would flow out of the half reverse orbit on the passover of February 24 31 AD. Then we have one stand alone winter reverse orbit to account for one of two missing 30 minutes for the one hour of darkness when Jesus was on the cross.

John 2:18 "Then answered the Jews and said unto him, What sign shewest thou unto us, seeing that thou doest these things?
2:19 Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up."
2:22 "When therefore he was risen from the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this unto them; and they believed the scripture, and the word which Jesus had said.
2:23 Now when he was in Jerusalem at the passover, in the feast day, many believed in his name, when they saw the miracles which he did."


Then Jesus fasted three sets of 40 days for 120 days fasting like Moses from the third month seventh day, the feast of Pentecost April 17 31 AD, to the day of Atonement, Saturday the sabbath - from Friday evening - August 17 31 AD. The jubile may have been counted from 520 BC at the return of the Captivity. Thus August 17 31 AD would be the jubile because there is no year 0. This could be when Jesus stood up to read from Isaiah 61 in Nazareth in Luke 4. Then a few days later he left for Capernaum just near the entrance of the River Jordan into the sea of Galilee. Thus in August 17 31 AD:

Matthew 4:14 "That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying,
15 The land of Zabulon, and the land of Nephthalim, by the way of the sea, beyond Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles;
16 The people which sat in darkness saw great light; and to them which sat in the region and shadow of death light is sprung up.
17 From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand."

Isaiah 58:7 "Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house? when thou seest the naked, that thou cover him; and that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh?
58:8 Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily: and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of the LORD shall be thy rereward."

Isaiah 58:10 "And if thou draw out thy soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul; then shall thy light rise in obscurity, and thy darkness be as the noonday:"

Isaiah 62:1 "For Zion's sake will I not hold my peace, and for Jerusalem's sake I will not rest, until the righteousness thereof go forth as brightness, and the salvation thereof as a lamp that burneth."

Possibly this is a sudden sunrise after a sudden sunset that Friday August 17. The sabbath started at sunset Friday. This was the 50 year jubile and day of Atonement, and perhaps there was sudden daylight at evening when Jesus read Isaiah 61 at Nazareth on the sabbath. That is the setting sun moved 180° and rose suddenly in the east from the natural sunset position to the sunrise position. Then a week later that following sabbath Jesus entered the synagogue at Capernaum. Then the sun would need to be sevenfold in brightness travelling west to leave the same daily coral line. Then this brilliant sudden sunrise could be very like the sun miracle of the sudden sunrise of Gideon September 1 1238 BC. These verses in Matthew 4:14 then would describe the sudden sunrise before Gideon returned in victory as prophesied in Isaiah 9. This could be the second of two half winter orbits. Two stand alone winter half orbits without summer reverse orbits would give 30 minutes and 30 minutes = 60 minutes missing time to be countered by the hour of darkness when Jesus was on the cross. However, this year appears to have both a summer and a winter reverse orbit. So one more stand alone winter half reverse orbit would need to occur before or after these years. This second stand alone winter half reverse orbit may be the return of the sun on the night after the end of the month of the passover in 34 AD.
Gideon's war was won before the sun rose. Jesus won the war over death and was resurrected before the sun rose. The real light is Jesus' life and example. Sunday August 19 31 AD could be when Jesus called Andrew and Peter on a work day when they were fishing:

Matthew 4:18 "And Jesus, walking by the sea of Galilee, saw two brethren, Simon called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea: for they were fishers.
19 And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.
20 And they straightway left their nets, and followed him."

Mark 1:21 "And they went into Capernaum; and straightway on the sabbath day he entered into the synagogue, and taught."

2 Peter 1:19 "We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts:

The next sun miracle may be on the feast of the passover possibly February 13 32 AD. Then this would be 179 days after a sun miracle at August 17 31 AD. Then the day of the jubile may have been Friday August 17 31 AD. Then this feast day of the passover could be February 13 32 AD. A few days before the passover is February 12, 179 days later, and earth flow out of the reverse orbit of the sun. The sun could move to the other side of the earth and back. There could be a long day/night of 12 more hours then a short day/night of -12 hours. So if the earth flowed out of a reverse orbit of the sun after sunset, then 12 more hours of night, then a sudden sunrise in the east and no one would be the wiser. Perhaps there was healing in Old Testament times from sun miracles. John 5:4 that say an angel troubled the water were added by later scribes and do not appear in the codex sinaiticus. This feast could be the passover that was to be held February 13 32 AD and Jesus left the sabbath day February 9 for Galilee because of the Jews. Perhaps the blind and lame would be gathered by the pool of Bethesda waiting for February 12, the sun miracle and the passover February 13. February 12 would be when the sun must return and there be healing.

John 5:1 "After this there was the feast of the Jews; and Jesus went up to Jerusalem."
John 5:8 "Jesus saith unto him, Rise, take up thy bed, and walk."

Joh 5:14 "Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee."

Jesus may have healed the man on February 9 32 AD on the sabbath. The sun must return February 12 a day before the passover and there possibly be a long sunset +12 hours and earth flow out of the reverse orbit of the sun. Then possibly Jesus left Jerusalem that February 9 because the Jews sought to kill him for healing on the sabbath. Also Herod sought to kill him. Then three days later he arrived in Galilee and fed the 5,000 the night of the passover February 12 32 AD. There is recorded that it was a three day journey from Jerusalem to Galilee.

Jonah 3:3 "So Jonah arose, and went unto Nineveh, according to the word of the LORD. Now Nineveh was an exceeding great city of three days' journey.
3:4 And Jonah began to enter into the city a day's journey, and he cried, and said, Yet forty days, and Nineveh shall be overthrown."

Jonah may have had a long day of 72 hours to make the journey. Nevertheless, people could walk long distances in those days and this just underlines their ability to walk a like distance from Jerusalem to Galilee in three days, or even one day.

Then the sun again move to the other side of the earth perhaps right after the long sunset on the night before the passover February 12 32 AD and there be +12 hours sunset then a sudden and short night and the sun rise at 6 AM and earth flow into a reverse orbit of the sun. Most people would not even know the difference, the night lasted 12 hours, then there was day. This may be the context of the night Jesus came to the disciples walking on the water. Perhaps there was 12 hours of twilight from sunset. Then the sun suddenly rose in the east. From sunset there would be 10 hours to the fourth watch when there would be darkness as the sun moved around the other side of the earth. Thus it was written "And it was now dark" and "immediately they were at the land" because the sun had risen suddenly and brightly in the east.

Matthew 14:12 "And his disciples came, and took up the body, and buried it, and went and told Jesus.
14:13 When Jesus heard of it, he departed thence by ship into a desert place apart: and when the people had heard thereof, they followed him on foot out of the cities."
Matthew 14:15 "And when it was evening, his disciples came to him, saying, This is a desert place, and the time is now past; send the multitude away, that they may go into the villages, and buy themselves victuals."

Mark 6:35 "And when the day was now far spent, his disciples came unto him, and said, This is a desert place, and now the time is far passed."

That hour was after sunset, soon to be dark. However, the sun must return the evening of February 12 32 AD. Then there would be a long twilight, perhaps this red sunset for 12 hours. Thus "the day was far spent" and "the time is now past". Then the sun suddenly set in the west and an hour or two later rose in the east. Thus the red sky in the morning when the great wind blew. The sun would be purple red at sunset and crimson red at sunrise. Red is the colour of the Chinese New Year. February 12, 32 AD would see a red sun and red moon in China on the 13th day of the 15 day new year celebration. The Chinese word auspicious is hung upside down during the Chinese New Year. That night on February 12 32 AD the Chinese would see Arcturus and the handle of the Big Dipper right side up, then pointing down, then pointing right side up again.

John 6:1 "After these things Jesus went over the sea of Galilee, which is the sea of Tiberias.
6:4 And the passover, a feast of the Jews, was nigh.
6:5 When Jesus then lifted up his eyes, and saw a great company come unto him, he saith unto Philip, Whence shall we buy bread, that these may eat?"

John 6:16 And when even was now come, his disciples went down unto the sea,
6:17 And entered into a ship, and went over the sea toward Capernaum. And it was now dark, and Jesus was not come to them.
6:18 And the sea arose by reason of a great wind that blew.
6:19 So when they had rowed about five and twenty or thirty furlongs, they see Jesus walking on the sea, and drawing nigh unto the ship: and they were afraid.
6:20 But he saith unto them, It is I; be not afraid.
6:21 Then they willingly received him into the ship: and immediately the ship was at the land whither they went."

Mark 6:48 "And he saw them toiling in rowing; for the wind was contrary unto them: and about the fourth watch of the night he cometh unto them, walking upon the sea, and would have passed by them."

Matthew 16:1 "The Pharisees also with the Sadducees came, and tempting desired him that he would shew them a sign from heaven.
16:2 He answered and said unto them, When it is evening, ye say, It will be fair weather: for the sky is red.
16:3 And in the morning, It will be foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lowring. O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times?
16:4 A wicked and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given unto it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas. And he left them, and departed."

Matthew 16:2,3 are not included in the codex sinaiticus. However, the following verses in Luke are:

Luke 12:54 "And he said also to the people, When ye see a cloud rise out of the west, straightway ye say, There cometh a shower; and so it is.
12:55 And when ye see the south wind blow, ye say, There will be heat; and it cometh to pass.
12:56 Ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky and of the earth; but how is it that ye do not discern this time?"

Rain often comes with sun miracles, and warm south winds can come from a very hot sun rising.

Matthew 12:40 For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.

This is three whole days of 72 hours when Jesus was in the grave.

Then the sun must return 186 days 10 hours later perhaps 6:30 PM Saturday August 16 32 AD just after sunset and still in twilight. Saturday evening August 16 32 AD one year later from Friday evening August 17 31 AD because 32 AD was leap year. Thus twilight after sunset Saturday August 16 32 AD was exactly one year, 365 days, after sunset Friday August 17 when the sun must return. Then even though the sun may have set there was twilight, therefore it was still the sabbath.

Zechariah 14:6 "And it shall come to pass in that day, that the light shall not be clear, nor dark:
14:7 But it shall be one day which shall be known to the LORD, not day, nor night: but it shall come to pass, that at evening time it shall be light.
14:8 And it shall be in that day, that living waters shall go out from Jerusalem; half of them toward the former sea, and half of them toward the hinder sea: in summer and in winter shall it be."

Zechariah 14:16 "And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles."

Some of these verses in Zechariah 14 refer to Jesus' coming again. See Isaiah 28:17-22. At twilight at sunset in Israel the sun is just rising between these mountains. The Okanagan is 10 hours behind Israel. Thus the setting sun on Israel is rising on the Okanagan and may have been depicted here. The red sun standing still at sunrise and moving to the winter sunrise position and back to the summer sunrise position as it traveled in a straight line around the earth for 60 hours. The sun would appear in British Columbia to move from the August 16 position in the north east to the winter position in the south east and back two and a half times. The Aztecs in Historia general de las cosas de Nueva Espana, BK. VII, Chapter 2: "And when the sun came to rise, when he burst forth, he appeared to be red; he kept swaying from side to side." Thus the sun would move sideways from the summer sunrise position to the winter sunrise position three times in that 60 hour twilight day as in this pictograph:





The last day of the feast of tabernacles Saturday August 16 32 AD is called the great day of the feast, the 22nd of the lunar month, and is one year after the first sun miracle Friday night August 17 31 AD. Jesus spoke from Isaiah 55:1. A few verses previous is

Isaiah 54:12 "I shall make thy Suns rubies"

which may be misinterpreted in the King James "I shall make thy windows agates". The sun standing still in the sky may have been red like a ruby to leave the same daily coral line. Then also, the night Jesus was crucified, April 3 33 AD, the moon was like blood may have been from the sun standing still on the other side of the earth like a ruby reflected in the moon. Moreover, the next line of Isaiah 54:12 "I will make thy gates carbuncles". Carbuncle when held up to the sun loses its deep tinge and looks exactly like burning coal. Jesus was in the temple, like the heavenly temple in Isaiah 54:12, when he spoke these words. The flaming and sparkling gem may be Jesus the light of life.

Leviticus 23:36 "Seven days ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD: on the eighth day shall be an holy convocation unto you; and ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD: it is a solemn assembly; and ye shall do no servile work therein."

Perhaps August 16 32 AD:

John 7:37 "In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.
7:38 He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.
7:40 Many of the people therefore, when they heard this saying, said, Of a truth this is the Prophet.


Perhaps the same day:

John 8:12 "Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

John 7:51 is followed immediately by John 8:12 in the codex sinaiticus. Perhaps the sun stood still from John 7 to John 9, and Jesus spoke these words while the sun stood still for 60 hours. Then perhaps on the same day on the sabbath August 16 32 AD:

John 9:1 "And as Jesus passed by, he saw a man which was blind from his birth.
9:2 And his disciples asked him, saying, Master, who did sin, this man, or his parents, that he was born blind?
9:3 "Jesus answered, Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him.
9:4 I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.
9:5 As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world."

John 7 - 9 may have been one very long day, 60 extra hours of daylight. A 72 hour day. If there was -12 hours August 16 31 AD, +12 hours February 12 32 AD and immediatley followed by -12 hours February 13 32 AD there should be 60 extra hours of daylight August 16 32 AD for the year to add up to a net of +48 hours of long days. If the second half reverse orbit started 6 AM February 13 32 AD the sun must flow out of the reverse orbit of the sun 186 days 10 hours later 6:30 PM August 16 on the sabbath in the twilight just after sunset. Perhaps the sun stood still for 60 hours at the 6:30 PM position, twilight position. The Koreans have a festival Chu Suk meaning big center from a book written in 32 AD by Kim Bu Sik. It is a festival of the night that lasts three days that falls about this August 15. The last quarter moon would be rising in China after sunset on Israel. This is a festival of the moon at night and this would be midnight in China. The moon would look blood red from China. The Chinese counted the days after the solstices and before the equinoxes. Also, August 15 cannot be mistaken because it is about the center of the Chinese year. We use the same Gregorian calendar from 1 AD on. So the Chinese matched their calendar with ours. The date is exact. Perhaps the 72 hours, 60 hours + 12 hours natural night, long night was written down at the time August 16 32 AD by this Kim Bu Sik. 72 hours of night is this same three whole days.

Perhaps the same day - still August 16, 32 AD, or soon after:

John 10:21 "Others said, These are not the words of him that hath a devil. Can a devil open the eyes of the blind?"

There would need to be a sun miracle also at the lunar eclipse at sunset on October 7 32 AD, perhaps a sunset followed by a sunrise. Then the sun must stand still for 36 hours at the lunar eclipse April 3 33 AD 179 days later. Then there would need to be a sun miracle on the fifteenth day of Kislew the lunar month at the lunar eclipse October 7 32 AD and earth flow into a reverse orbit of the sun to April 3 33 AD and earth flow out of the reverse orbit of the sun. Perhaps Wednesday October 8 32 AD, after the sun had set, the sun rose in the east at sevenfold brightness immediately. The brightness with the sun at sevenfold at sunrise October 8 32 AD, best I can determine, may have blinded some if they stared at the sun. However, his disciples were looking to Jesus not the sun.

About 10 days later would be the dedication of the temple, Kislew 25. However, the dedication may have been from November 29 31 AD. In the Syrian church the name Kislew applied to the third and fourth month. Thus the Jews may have celebrated the dedication of the temple in the fourth month. The first month is the same as the seventh month. Thus there would be 490 days from the dedication of the temple in the second month of Kislew November 29 31 AD to Jesus' crucifixion April 3 33 AD. See E. J. Brill's first encyclopaedia of Islam 1913-1936, p.727.

John 10:22 "And it was at Jerusalem the feast of the dedication, and it was winter.
10:23 And Jesus walked in the temple in Solomon's porch."

Jesus was at the temple on the 25 day of Kislew. The temple was rededicated December 12 164 BC. The day in December 164 BC the sun perhaps never rose but retreated from the predawn position on Israel to night position for 7 X 12 hours plus there had already been 12 hours of night. Thus the eight nights of Hanukkah. Then the sun would return to the meridian in China, 7 X 12 hours later, twice that day. On the same day Saturday December 12 164 BC: After the sun had returned to the meridian once, Hsin-yuan P'ing told the emperor, "I expected the sun to rise to the meridian twice [in one day.]" After a while the sun really rose to the meridian again. For this reason the emperor changed his 17th year to his first year. The Grand Scribe's Records, Volume II, p.176. The emperor was given a jade bird holding a red pearl in its beak.

There may have been two added months of Adar in 33 AD. Then there would be Adar I, Adar II, and Adar III. There was not an opportunity to add a month in 30 AD the sabbatical year 49 or 31 AD the 50th year the jubilee. So two months had to be added in February of 33 AD.

Just before the hour of darkness at the crucifixion and the 72 hour long night:

John 12:35 "Then Jesus said unto them, Yet a little while is the light with you. Walk while ye have the light, lest darkness come upon you: for he that walketh in darkness knoweth not whither he goeth.
36 While ye have light, believe in the light, that ye may be the children of light. These things spake Jesus, and departed, and did hide himself from them."

An example of how half orbits work may be seen in the 179 days between a lunar eclipse on the first day of the feast of tabernacles and the following passover. Two of these half orbits adds up to about one hour of net missing time. There were lunar eclipses October 19 31 AD and April 14 32 AD, October 7 32 AD and April 3 33 AD. It takes the sun 52 minutes to revolve around the earth at the speed of light. The sun would become dark. If it took one hour, the sun would travel at 80% of the speed of light and there would be a 60% time difference. 60% of 52 minutes is 30 minutes missing time. Then the sun would be darkened about 60%. I saw a 40% solar eclipse July 10, 6PM, 2002. I looked through a solar filter and saw the moon cover part of the sun - do not look directly at the sun. The daylight seemed 100% normal. 30 minutes missing time on earth against 30 minutes missing time on the sun. Thus there could be no net missing time. However, the sun would not become darkened at all. Far more likely, the sun travelled 99% the speed of light and the sun was totally darkened. CERN has accelerated neutrinos faster than the speed of light. Thus it is not impossible for God to move the sun at the speed of light without major consequences. Then this took 52 minutes. Then the difference between 30 minutes and 30 minutes, 60 minutes, missing time from the two half reverse orbits is 8 minutes. The sun must travel the speed of light for 60 minutes. Then if the sun travelled west 360° in 60 minutes, it must travel an additional 1/24 or 15° west to be in the 1PM position one hour later. Now, if the sun continued at the speed of light for 3/24, 45°, for three hours worth of earth's rotation, the sun could travel at the speed of light for 60 minutes. Then there would be no net missing time and there would only be three hours left till sunset. Thus the sun would be darkened from noon for one hour and appear at the 3PM position. Then an observer would say the darkness was so great it seemed like three hours and there also were only three hours left in the day as if the sun were darkened from noon till 3PM. The sixth hour is the sixth hour since sunrise, 12PM, and the ninth hour is the ninth hour since sinrise, 3PM.

Matthew 27:45 "Now from the sixth hour there was darkness over all the land unto the ninth hour."

This may describe one complete hour of darkness at noon April 3 33 AD. One hour of missing time to counter one hour of elapsed time in darkness. This leaves no net missing time.

Moreover, at 6:20 PM when the moon rose that night there was a lunar eclipse of the moon. The sun must be ruby red while standing still. Therefore, the moon may not have appeared blood red from the lunar eclipse. The moon may have appeared blood red in reflection of the red sun. Either earth's shadow on the moon displayed some of this red glow or the moon was actually bright ruby blood red. Perhaps the sun moved with earth's rotation 180° and earth flowed out of the winter half reverse orbit at the time of the lunar eclipse. The moon was at the horizon, thus the moon may have been red like blood only hours after Jesus' crucifixion. Thus also the sun and moon should stand still in the sky for at least 12 hours. Probably the sun and moon stood still for 60 hours, a 72 hour night. -12 hours October 7, +60 hours April 3, -12 hours April 5, +12 hours October 9 33 AD = the 48 hours. The setting sun would be over the Americas where there were no written records. And records of the lunar eclipse to start and end the reverse orbit, exactly half an orbit apart, would not divulge the fact the lunar eclipse lasted more than 12 hours rather than one hour.
There is a Lantern Festival in China for the full moon on the vernal equinox March/April. One origin story is that a beautiful crane - phoenix - flew down from heaven to earth. The Jade Emperor burned the city that tried to kill the crane. The Chinese may have seen the angel God sent to move the sun - the phoenix. The Greek word phoenix means the color of purple red or crimson. Perhaps the sun was purple red like a ruby when standing still and crimson when it rose suddenly in the east. The Chinese also used these colors to describe the sun. That lanterns were used may be from this 72 hours of darkness - China would experience the same lunar eclipse April 3 33 AD. Lanterns would be for light, and after this long of a period, people would be coming out of their houses. There is a Pure Brightness festival Qingming Festival April 5, the same day the sun must travel 180° west over China and rise in the east at Jesus' resurrection April 5 33 AD. This is counted 104 days from the winter solstice on the full moon.

Then the sun must travel east. Then also, if the sun (and moon) travelled east the same 45° it travelled west past 360° the sun would be right back were it was originally. And there would be no net missing time. This would mean the sun and moon would stand still in the Americas and Israel for 15 hours instead of 12 hours, or rather 63 hours instead of 60 hours. This would also mean the night of the crucifixion there were 60 more hours to Jesus' resurrection. Then there had to be more than 60 hours from Jesus' crucifixion at noon Friday to early morning Sunday. Thus also in the proper way we speak of 24 hours in a day/night Jesus must have rose after about 90 hours since the crucifixion on the third day. Also, there is the possibility the sun and moon revolved around the earth two and a half times, 60 hours, and the lunar eclipse lasted 60 hours, and earth flowed out of the reverse orbit of the sun.

In a letter from Pontius Pilate to Tiberius he stated: "And the moon, which was like blood, did not shine all night long, although it was at the full, and the stars and Orion made lamentation over the Jews, because of the transgression committed by them."



Then Jesus' resurrection would be in the third sunrise at 9 PM Saturday April 4 33 AD. Three times 24 hours, 72 hours, - three whole days that Friday night, 12 hours that daylight day of Saturday till the sudden sunrise at the third hour after sunset.

Matthew 12:40 "For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth."

John 2:19 "Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up."

Acts 2:19 "And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke:
20 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come:
21 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved."

Acts 2:37 "Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?"

The coming destruction came on the ninth day of the fourth month in 70 AD just as it had in 591 BC. Then perhaps a sun miracle in 70 AD - a sign of total destruction, as it had in 591 BC. The temple was set fire in darkness, perhaps the darkness of a sudden sunset. There was blood and fire. The 9 day moon would appear in the darkness blood red. Not the slight tinge of red in a lunar eclipse. A real blood red reflection of a red sun on the other side of the earth.

August 4 70 AD is day 9 of the lunar month Av. One year earlier there is recorded "the moon became blood-red and black and received the other red colours" and there was a comet sighting at the same time as the eclipse. According to Dio Cassius this was on the 4th or 7th of the month. One year earlier is August 4, 69 AD near the new moon. Perhaps more than a sliver of the moon was visible as the sun and moon moved 180° and the comet was rather God's angel the phoenix moving the sun. Thus the sun could have moved August 4, 69 BC and earth flowed into a reverse orbit of the sun. Then half an orbit later, January 29, 70 AD: "Even darkness did not terminate the struggle." Tacitus - may have signified a long night and sudden sunrise. Then the sun moved back August 4, 70 AD one year later and earth flowed out of the reverse orbit of the sun. August 4, 70 AD was Saturday, a Sabbath. Probably Jerusalem fell on a Sabbath. Then the sun would fall from the sky and it be dark at noon and the moon would be ashamed because it would be the red colour of blushing. The solar eclipse in China on lunar day 40, May 17, 591 BC. Then in this darkness a torch was tossed into the temple, and the temple and Jerusalem were destroyed - August 4, 70 AD.

Just before Augustus Caesar's death in 14 AD, also about when the High Priest Annas was appointed:
"Thus, the sun suffered a total eclipse and most of the sky seemed to be on fire; glowing embers appeared to be falling from it and blood-red comets were seen."
Dio Cassius, Book LVI p.67
There was no solar eclipse visible then. If the sun was red, comets would appear red too. Or perhaps these were phoenixes.

Acts 2:42 "And they continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers."

Hoseah 6, Malachi 4:2 and Isaiah 30:26 connect the sun with healing. There was often rain at the time of a sun miracle, like there was rain and hail stones on Joshua's long day, Joshua 10:11 and the Chinese dragon thunder and American Native Thunderbird. There is the possibility the sun rose for a short bright day on the day of the resurrection Sunday, that being the "great and notable day".

Isaiah 30:26 "Moreover the light of the moon shall be as the light of the sun, and the light of the sun shall be sevenfold, as the light of seven days, in the day that the LORD bindeth up the breach of his people, and healeth the stroke of their wound."

Hoseah 6:1 Come, and let us return unto the LORD: for he hath torn, and he will heal us; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up.
6:2 After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight.
6:3 Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth."

2 Samuel 23:4 "And he shall be as the light of the morning, when the sun riseth, even a morning without clouds; as the tender grass springing out of the earth by clear shining after rain."

Malachi 4:2 "But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.

The moon would be visible at the same time as the sun that Sunday morning. The model above of Joshua's long day and Gideon's night, then the moon stood still as bright as the sun for 36 hours because the sun was sevenfold on the other side of the earth, night then Gideon's sunrise are very similar. Particularily, the red sun that rose for a short day after Gideon returned could be like the resurrection morning.

The sabbath ended at sunset. Then perhaps the sun rose soon after sunset:

Psalm 50:1 "The mighty God, even the LORD, hath spoken, and called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof.
50:2 Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God hath shined."

Matthew 28:1 "In the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulchre."

"began to dawn" in the Greek means to begin to grow light from a root meaning to illuminate. That sunrise may not have been like a normal sunrise. The sun may have been bright, so that even though the sunrise may have been sudden, there would have been also a bright twilight before the sunrise. Moreover, the end of the sabbath was Saturday at sunset. Then the account in Pilate's letter to Tiberius may be correct in stating the sun came out at the third hour of the night. A short day may occur 12 hours early to fit the calendar. Also, Gideon's short day when the sun suddenly rose may occur right while the moon was 12 or 36 hours later still in the 10 PM position. Then the sun would suddenly rise to the noon position from the midnight position. Likewise, at the sudden sunrise at 8 PM at the end of the sabbath the sun would suddenly rise to the 8 AM position Sunday morning April 5 33 AD. Then the time of Jesus' resurrection may have occurred at the beginning of the second watch, just like Gideon attacked at the beginning of the second watch. The sun would appear to rise through the zodiac through the year in the reverse orbit. If the zodiac was pictured as the sky, the sun would rise in spring in the east like the sun rises each day that year. In our normal zodiac the sun does not rise but falls further and further back.

Isaiah 53:11 "Out of the suffering of his soul he will see light, and find satisfaction."

Isaiah 62:1 "For Zion's sake will I not hold my peace, and for Jerusalem's sake I will not rest, until the righteousness thereof go forth as brightness, and the salvation thereof as a lamp that burneth."

Mark 16:2 "And very early in the morning the first day of the week, they came unto the sepulchre at the rising of the sun."

The dead never see light. So this verse in Isaiah 53:11 speaks of Jesus' resurrection.
The Greek word for up-rising is alternatively used for the passover. The sun suddenly rising up would be very symbolic of up-rising = the resurrection. This month was called the beginning of months of the Exodus. This also was the beginning of the New Testament marked by the sun rising through the zodiac from this day. This was called Easter, the rising of the sun in the sky after the spring equinox. The vernal equinox began on the new moon March 21, 33 AD. Thus by the resurrection April 5 33 AD, the sun was rising higher and the days lengthening.
Moreover, if the sun travelled west 180° 9 PM Saturday April 4 33 AD the sun would rise suddenly to the 9 AM position Sunday April 5 33 AD, completing the 180°. Then the rest of Sunday from the 9 AM position on would be a normal day. Then the sun must return 186 days 10 hours later - half an orbit later, the sun rose at 6 PM October 9 33 AD to the 6 AM position and stood still now at the 6 AM position for 12 hours. Thus the sun would travel 180° west at sunset and rise suddenly in the east. Then the sun would travel 180° with earth's rotation to stand still in the morning position for 12 hours.

The the morrow may be a sun miracle at 6 AM October 10 33 AD:

Acts 3:6 "Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk.
3:7 And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength."

Acts 4:3 "And they laid hands on them, and put them in hold unto the next day: for it was now eventide."

4:5 And it came to pass on the morrow, that their rulers, and elders, and scribes,
4:6 And Annas the high priest, and Caiaphas, and John, and Alexander, and as many as were of the kindred of the high priest, were gathered together at Jerusalem.
4:7 And when they had set them in the midst, they asked, By what power, or by what name, have ye done this?
4:8 Then Peter, filled with the Holy Ghost, said unto them, Ye rulers of the people, and elders of Israel,
4:9 If we this day be examined of the good deed done to the impotent man, by what means he is made whole;
4:10 Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole."

The following may be a long sunrise, the sun standing still as it rose in the east, April 7 34 AD.:

Acts 5:19 "But the angel of the Lord by night opened the prison doors, and brought them forth, and said,
20 Go, stand and speak in the temple to the people all the words of this life.
21 And when they heard that, they entered into the temple early in the morning, and taught."
Acts 5:29 "Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men.
30 The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom ye slew and hanged on a tree.
31 Him hath God exalted with his right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour, for to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins.
32 And we are his witnesses of these things; and so is also the Holy Ghost, whom God hath given to them that obey him."

The following may be a sun miracle, the signs and wonders and perhaps part of the cause of the earthquake.

Acts 4:29 "And now, Lord, behold their threatenings: and grant unto thy servants, that with all boldness they may speak thy word,
4:30 By stretching forth thine hand to heal; and that signs and wonders may be done by the name of thy holy child Jesus.
4:31 And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness."

Perhaps there were only two intercalenary months added from 34 AD to 46 AD. Then the passover may have been January 10 46 AD. It is not impossible for the calendar to fall back two months.
Then 12 years later in 46 AD Herod had killed James and captured Peter. Perhaps the night just before the Hebrew new moon may have been 12 hours longer. If there was only two intercalenary months added since the passover April 3 33 AD, then the passover would have been January 10 46 AD. Then the passover month would end in January 26 45 AD. Then still in the Passover month on the 29th day, the last day of the lunar month, January 26 46 AD ended the passover month of Easter. Thus Herod expected to bring Peter out the day after Easter January 26 46 AD. Perhaps that night the sun moved 180° east and stood still on the other side of the earth for 12 hours and earth flowed into a reverse orbit. Then Peter would have had 12 extra hours that night for the angel to help him escape.

Acts 12:1 "Now about that time Herod the king stretched forth his hands to vex certain of the church.
2 And he killed James the brother of John with the sword.
3 And because he saw it pleased the Jews, he proceeded further to take Peter also. (Then were the days of unleavened bread.)
4 And when he had apprehended him, he put him in prison, and delivered him to four quaternions of soldiers to keep him; intending after Easter to bring him forth to the people.
5 Peter therefore was kept in prison: but prayer was made without ceasing of the church unto God for him.
6 And when Herod would have brought him forth, the same night Peter was sleeping between two soldiers, bound with two chains: and the keepers before the door kept the prison.
7 And, behold, the angel of the Lord came upon him, and a light shined in the prison: and he smote Peter on the side, and raised him up, saying, Arise up quickly. And his chains fell off from his hands.
8 And the angel said unto him, Gird thyself, and bind on thy sandals. And so he did. And he saith unto him, Cast thy garment about thee, and follow me.
9 And he went out, and followed him; and wist not that it was true which was done by the angel; but thought he saw a vision.
10 When they were past the first and the second ward, they came unto the iron gate that leadeth unto the city; which opened to them of his own accord: and they went out, and passed on through one street; and forthwith the angel departed from him.
11 And when Peter was come to himself, he said, Now I know of a surety, that the LORD hath sent his angel, and hath delivered me out of the hand of Herod, and from all the expectation of the people of the Jews.
12 And when he had considered the thing, he came to the house of Mary the mother of John, whose surname was Mark; where many were gathered together praying.
13 And as Peter knocked at the door of the gate, a damsel came to hearken, named Rhoda.
14 And when she knew Peter's voice, she opened not the gate for gladness, but ran in, and told how Peter stood before the gate.
15 And they said unto her, Thou art mad. But she constantly affirmed that it was even so. Then said they, It is his angel.
16 But Peter continued knocking: and when they had opened the door, and saw him, they were astonished.
17 But he, beckoning unto them with the hand to hold their peace, declared unto them how the Lord had brought him out of the prison. And he said, Go shew these things unto James, and to the brethren. And he departed, and went into another place.
18 Now as soon as it was day, there was no small stir among the soldiers, what was become of Peter."

Then August 1 46 AD at noon, 186 days 10 hours later, the sun should go down. The same time of day, the same date one year after a 40% solar eclipse at Rome August 1 45 AD.
"As there was going to be an eclipse on his birthday, through fear of a disturbance, as there had been other prodigies, he put forth a public notice, not only that the obscuration would take place, and about the time and magnitude of it, but also the causes that produce such an event."
Refers to solar eclipse of AD 45, on the birthday of the Roman Emperor, Claudius.

The birthday of Claudius Caesar was August 1. There was a 40% solar eclipse in Rome August 1 45 AD. However, this statement may refer to August 1 46 AD. If Peter was saved the day after the month of Easter/passover, January 26 46 AD, the sun must return August 1 46 AD. The eclipse of August 1 45 AD probably was not even noticed being only about 40% in Rome. A solar eclipse of 40%, such as I observed July 10, 6PM, 2002, produces no noticeable shading or darkening of the sky. The emperor may have known the sun must return six months after the long night of January 26 46 AD. The people may have been aware of sun miracles just 12 years previous, then again that January 26. The passover sun miracle of February 12 32 AD would have been followed by the sun miracle of August 16 32 AD. Thus Ceasar made the edict "through fear of a disturbance, as there had been other prodigies". Then the sun miracle of August 1 46 AD would have been explained to the people by this decree in fear of a disturbance. Then there would be no further Roman record of this sun miracle. There was recorded an island Hiera appeared during an eclipse of the moon in winter dated to the lunar eclipse December 31 46 AD. "Aurelius Victor notes moreover that the island emerged at night during an eclipse of the moon". The sun must return January 26 47 AD on the full moon. Perhaps what was noted was a sun miracle not a lunar eclipse. Perhaps the island formed from pressure triggered by the gravity pull of the sun being pulled around the earth. An island forming is like spiritual life forming.
Claudius was afraid of the result of sun miracles in 46 AD there being rebellion in the Roman Empire. He ordered a census in 46 AD and celebrated the 800th Roman year at the secular games that June 4. There was rebellion by Caratacus in Britain in 46 AD and again by Queen Boudicca in 61 AD - the years of sun miracles.

Acts 17:6 "And when they found them not, they drew Jason and certain brethren unto the rulers of the city, crying, These that have turned the world upside down are come hither also;"

They probably were looking at the Big Dipper. The Big Dipper points straight up at midnight in summer and straight down at midnight in winter normally. Then a sun miracle in winter would mean the Big Dipper would point straight up to Arcturus at midnight.

The sign of Castor and Pollux may be the sign of the zodiac the sun was in in January. The sun moving from Capricornus to Gemini - Castor and Pollux - in January could be taken as a sign. Perhaps that was the sign that it was spring and safe to sail. A sign from God. The sun normally is in Castor and Pollux - Gemini, in July/August. Thus a sun miracle six months later and the sun would be in Castor and Pollux in January. Paul sailed from Malta to Rome either in February of 61 AD or February of 62 AD. February 5 61 AD may have been about when Paul sailed from Malta to Rome. There was a major earthquake in Pompeii on the Nones of February, February 5 of 62 AD. There was a major tsunami then and many ships that were not protected by harbours were destroyed in the Sicily vicinity. If this was just before Paul sailed for Rome from Malta it would be a wonder he found a ship. Perhaps the sign of Castor and Pollux in January/February was a sun miracle February 5 61 AD. Then the earthquake and tsunami that was on February 5 62 AD was when the sun returned one year later. The Nones of February was from the fifth to the 13th of the month when this earthquake was recorded, the afternoon of February 5 62 AD. There would be a short day/night or long day/night for the sun to appear in Gemini = Castor and Pollux February 5 61 AD and again February 5 62 AD and two sun miracles July 10 61 AD. For the sun to be in the sign of Castor and Pollux in January/February can only mean there was a sun miracle then and would be the sign it was fair sailing and this being February would be now spring. February 8 was the day ships sailed in the beginning of Spring. So if Paul sailed February 8 62 AD, it would be a few days after the tsunami of February 5 62 AD. The next port was in Syracuse Sicily then Rhegium and Puteoli which were hard hit by the tsunami. Therefore, Paul must have sailed from Malta a few days before the tsunami or a year before the tsunami. The word for sign means to mark at. Thus the sun at Castor and Pollux marked the time, January/February that it was safe to sail. Safe sailing was from about February 8 and the sun could only be in Castor and Pollux in January/February after moving 180° from Capricornus. Thus the sun just moving from Capricornus to Castor and Pollux would be a sign it was the beginning of February and winter was past and was now safe to sail.

Acts 28:11 "And after three months we departed in a ship of Alexandria, which had wintered in the isle, whose sign was Castor and Pollux."

Thus earth would be in a reverse orbit of the sun. Paul was acquitted when he arrived in Rome. Then he sailed with Timothy to Crete. The sun must return six months later in July and move again. Thus earth would flow out of a reverse orbit of the sun July 10 and then the sun move again and earth flow into a reverse orbit of the sun July 11 till the afternoon of February 5 62 AD when the sun must move again and earth finally flow out of the reverse orbit and there be no missing time.

Titus 1:5 "For this cause left I thee in Crete, that thou shouldest set in order the things that are wanting, and ordain elders in every city, as I had appointed thee:"

Titus 3:4 But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared,"

Appeared means to shine upon. Perhaps there was a sun miracle when Paul left Timothy in Crete after he was freed in Rome. Perhaps the sun returned 186 days later, about July 10 61 AD, and suddenly and brilliantly rose in the sky as it did in the resurrection morning. Then returned on the Nones of the last month of the year in January and the earthquake and tsunami. The tsanami probably did not occurr just when Paul sailed. So Paul may have sailed about February 5 61 AD. Then "But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared" may suggest a beneficial sun miracle six months after the destruction of the first sun miracle February 5 62 AD. The following model shows how these sun miracles cover two years. The first sun miracle may have been August 9 60 AD, then February 5 61 AD, then February 6 62 AD, then August 10 62 AD:

How King Wan's dream of a sun miracle about the time of his birth, his divine right to be King, was like Joshua's Long Day and may have been Joshua's Long Day.

Earth appears to have gone into a reverse orbit on Joshua's long day. The Hebrew states the sun stood still from the half of heaven for Joshua. Perhaps Israel saw stars from the other half of heaven that night. The Chinese would see a long sunset while the sun stood still at noon in Israel. The Chinese from the time of Joshua state there was a long sunset:

"King Wan was like the sun or the moon. He lightened with his shining the four quarters, -- the western regions." - That is, there was a sun miracle when the sun was setting. The noon sun in Israel would be a setting sun in China. This may be from the year of his birth about 1238 BC. King Wan lived to be 100 years old in legend and died in 1135 BC. King Wan's dream may appear to be from when he was king, from 1186 BC to 1135 BC. However, to start a new dynasty in China you needed a sun miracle when you were born to give you the divine right to be emperor and start a new dynasty. Also, sun miracles were a sign to the Chinese for a revolution. Only February 26 1238 BC fits all planetary and lunar alignments. The planetary alignment in Fang/Libra may just be where the planets were put during the sun miracle. The sun miracle on Joshua's long day near the birth of king Wan may have been rehearsed by king Wan to give him the divine right to be emperor. Thus king Wan may have pictured himself in his birthday suit the day of his birth. The Chinese looked for a sun miracle for a sign for a new emperor. A sign of a new age, a new epoch.

"King Wan dreamt that he was clothed with the sun and the moon. A phoenix duck sang on mount K'e. In the first month of spring, on the 6th day, the five planets had a conjunction in Fang. Afterwards a male and female phoenix went about Wan's capital with a writing in their beaks, which said: 'The emperor of Yin has no principle, but oppresses and disorders the empire. The great decree is removed: Yin cannot enjoy it no longer. The powerful spirits of earth have left it; all the spirits are whistled away. The conjunction of the five planets in Fang brightens all within the four seas.'"

Chinese new year feast was from the first day to the tenth day. Thus, this was during the feast of new year. This Chinese record was of the sixth day moon and the sun. Logically the sun should be setting and the moon brightening in the evening sky above. And that the five planets had a conjunction in Libra/Scorpius in February when the sun would be in Pisces - Scorpius would only appear in the east at 10PM! The 6 day moon must set before Scorpius rises, they cannot be seen together. Scorpius/Fang/Libra must appear in the west at sunset to fit the picture. The sun was 180° from Scorpius in February 1238 BC. Indeed, the sun was 180° away from Fang in the first month of Chinese spring for thousands of years! How could Mercury, which is very close to the sun, be 180° away from the sun in Scorpius/Fang to form a 5 planet conjunction? 5 planet conjunctions were associated with sun miracles. Perhaps this was a noteable sun miracle to the Chinese. That all the planets appeared in the western quadrant at sunset stood still in the western sky, while they moved 180° with earth's rotation and with the sun, and 12 hours later they appeared about Fang/Libra when the stars finally came out. The center of the 70° conjunction was Fang or Libra.
"King Wan dreamt he was clothed in the sun and moon...on the sixth day of the first month"
- A long sunset and the moon stayed directly overhead. Spring began on the new moon. The sixth day of spring the moon is 90° east of the sun. Thus the moon would be on the eastern horizen above Ajalon when the sun was in the noon position as Joshua would see them if Joshua's long day February 26 1238 BC was a similar 6 day moon sun miracle to King Wan's Dream. The chinese 6th day of the new moon could have been Thursday February 25 from the Chinese counting of the new moon passing the sun on Saturday the 20th. However, the moon had just past the sun at sunset February 20 and the day was counted from sunset on. Thus Friday February 26 would be the end of lunar day 6 when the sun set and stood still on the horizon in China. Thus probably Joshua's long day was noon February 26 Israel time. Noon Israel time is sunset, the end of the day in China. Thus February 26 is day 50. Then the long sunset and the sacrifice the next day, day 51. January 7 1500 BC was day 5. 1500 - 1238 = 262, X 365.25 = 95695, / 60 = 1594.9166, X 60 = 55; Then day 55 is January 2 1238 BC. + 29 + 26 = February 26 1238 BC = 110, - 60 = 50!

"Guichow (day 50) the king crack-making, 'In the next ten day week there will be no trouble.' The king prognosticated and said, 'Auspicious', in the fifth month, jiayin (day 51) the yong sacrifice to Da Jia."

The fifth month in the oracle bones is February. This was recorded toward the end of the Shang dynasty which 1238 BC was.

"Crack-making on day jiazi [1]; divined: (Charge:) the sun was blemished on day jiayin [51]...
East Asian Archaeology, p. 19.

"Emperor Wen of Han, 15th year of the Qianyuan reign period, in spring. Within the sun there was the character Wang (King)."
East Asian Archeaology, p.152.

Inscription No. 33703 states: Inquiry made on day ren-ji (49th day of cycle) "Will the Sun have Zhi on day jia-yin (51)?" Mechanics problems in geodynamics, Part 1, p. 472

The following oracle bone inscription could be 186 days later, day 56, August 31, 1238 BC:

On the seventh day jiwei (day 56), [when the night] cut the gengshen day (day 57), the moon was eclipsed.
On the third day yiyou (day 22), [when] the night cut the bingxu day (day 23), there indeed came [a curse. There was] incoming trouble. [Day bingxu was in the] thirteenth month.

Day 22 was September 26, the 10th day of the lunar month, the first Yom Kippur - day of Atonement in Israel.

This record was for the 12th month in August. This may be a record of day 55, the August 12, 1269 BC lunar eclipse. This eclipse would just barely be visible from the capitol Anyang. If so, one must accept February 26, 1238 BC as the probable year of king Wan's birth if he lived to be 100 as in legend. Thus king Wan's dream must be Joshua's long day either way. However, day 56 fits August 31 1238 BC perfectly, whereas day 55 August 12 1269 BC is one day out. Moreover, if Joshua's long day was day 50 at sunset in China (noon in Israel) February 26 1238 BC, then one year later is a sun miracle at midnight day 56 February 27 1237 BC. The day in China started at evening. Further, if there was a sun miracle at noon Israel February 27 1237 BC, this would be sunset of day 56 February 27 1237 BC - the night between day 56 and day 57.

The red moon reflecting the red sun standing still in the sky would appear like the crimson moon in a total lunar eclipse. Therefore the bright moon cut the night and cut the day because the sun did not rise for 36 hours and when it did the sun passed over China in a few hours cutting the daylight hours. Oracle bone eclipse V.

The second oracle bone inscription may not be of the same event:

On the seventh day jiwei (day 56), [when] the night cut the gengshen (day 57), the moon was eclipsed.

This may be day 56, sunset in China February 26, 1237 BC when the sun must return. Then the reason this record is for the 12th month as well is that this is the 12th month before spring. The twelfth lunar month is when the sun enters Sagittarius - February, the next month being the new year and spring. Thus the Chinese kept two calendars. 365.24 days in a year. 365 days 5 hours plus noon February 26 1238 BC is sunset in Israel. Then the sun could set when Joshua looked over the enemy camp in Joshua 11:6 and rise suddenly in the east for a surprise attack. Then to make 48 hours of long days that year, there would have make 72 hours because of two short days of -12 hours. Then Joshua's long day could have been 60 hours and Gideon's long night 12 hours.

"Crack-making on day jiwei [56] Xing divined: The King should host Jupiter (sui) using two oxen...12th month." Heji, 24247 "Crack-making on day xinyou [58], Yin divined: The King should host Jupiter...There will be no disaster." (6th month) Heji, 24266

The twelfth month was August, the sixth month February. Thus these two records may be of the sun miracles day 56 August 31, 1238 BC and day 56 February 27 1237 BC. Jupiter would rise at midnight August 31, 1238. Thus the Chinese should have seen Jupiter pass 360° through the stars from February 26, 1238 BC to August 31, 1238 BC. China is six hours ahead of Israel. Then on August 31 Jupiter may stand still in the middle of the Chinese sky with the brilliant red moon, the stars rotating past them that night. Then Jupiter would move 180° west with the sun September 1, 1238 BC. Then in the six months to February 26 1237 BC Jupiter would have passed 360° against the stars to keep in its normal night time appearing. February 26, 1237 BC Jupiter would be with the sun and must move 180° to Sagittarius to return and earth flow out of the reverse orbit of the sun. Jupiter must revolve twice around the sun a reverse orbit year to appear in the night time positions it normally would have had in a normal orbit. Then the priest of Jupiter in China would want to make sacrifice to Jupiter because it had returned to Sagittarius.

Joshua 11:6 "And the LORD said unto Joshua, Be not afraid because of them: for to morrow about this time will I deliver them up all slain before Israel: thou shalt hough their horses, and burn their chariots with fire.
11:7 So Joshua came, and all the people of war with him, against them by the waters of Merom suddenly; and they fell upon them."

"On the 7th day of the month, a chi-szu day (last quarter moon), a great new star appeared in company with Antares."

February 26 1237 BC is the last quarter moon. February 26 1237 BC is day six. Then night is day seven. The word month is not given. This could also be day 6 from day 50. February 26 1238 BC was day 50 and February 26 1237 BC day 56. The sun must return to Sagittarius beside Antares. Thus the brilliant crimson sun that appeared in the east just after sunset February 26 1237 BC, would appear after Antares, and beside Antares, the following morning. The sun appearing 180° from where it was in Virgo could be this great new star beside Antares. Joshua may have asked for the sun to stand still at noon again that day February 27 1238 BC. Then in a series of four sun miracles over two years the sun could return February 27 1235 BC on day 7 of the 60 day cycle. Then this "great new star" may have appeared the night of February 27 1235 BC and the Assyrian Omen of the sun standing still at noon in Adar be a long day February 27 1237 BC. And Joshua chased the Midianites into nearby Syria on a long day of +12 more hours. Thus it became an Assyrian omen.

"If in Adar (February 20 - March 20) the sun stands still in the middle of noontime: the land will experience siege (and) misery."

Then at midnight in China February 26 1237 BC the 18 day moon would be rising and suddenly race across the sky reflecting the bright crimson sun. So again the night would be cut by a bright red moon racing across the sky followed by this brilliant sun to the noon position in China. This sudden sunrise just after sunset February 26, 1237 BC would begin Sunday February 27 1237 BC and be very like the resurrection morning. Then all the sun miracles from Friday, February 26, 1238 BC where the five kings were hung on trees like the Friday crucifixion, to the 10 PM August 31 sun and moon miracle, followed by the sudden sunrise, to the sudden sunrise Sunday February 27 1237 BC were all like the sun miracles of the crucifixion Friday and resurrection Sunday. Perhaps this was part of the reason Joshua was heard that day.

Joshua commanded the moon to stand still in the valley of Ajalon. The valley of Ajalon would seem to be to the west. However, the ravine of the going down of Bethoron is east west. Thus the sun may have been above Gibeon on Joshua's right and the sixth day moon in the east in the upper Ajalon valley on Joshua's left hand. Ajalon may mean deer or ram field or pillars. Perhaps the moon held in the pillars of the valley of upper Ajalon by Gibeon. Givat Zeev is built on this location and you can see the first quarter moon about where Joshua saw the moon that day. I passed through Old Gibeon, then headed down and southwest from Givat Zeev down the going down of Bethoron. You can see the cliffs like pillars with the moon in between. The rising 6 day moon would be midsky in the west in China. Then the moon and planets must move 180° with earth's rotation standing still in the sky to appear 12 hours later in Scorpius where they stayed. Thus the five planet conjunction in Fang/Scorpius when the sun finally set 12 hours later. The moon was rising in the east at noon in Israel that day. For king Wan's dream to be possible the sun must have moved 180° from Pisces to Virgo and the planets Jupiter, Saturn, Mars, Venus and Mercury and the moon moved 180° from Taurus to Scorpius February 26 1238 BC and earth's forward momentum carried it into a reverse orbit. Then the moon and planets would appear in Scorpius at the end of this long sunset. Joshua needed more light, daylight and moonlight. Then the first quarter moon rising in the east at noon February 26 1238 BC makes the most sense to give Joshua six more hours of moonlight after the sun set.

The effects of epoch events such as leap year, Babylonian calendar sequential perturbations, etc., are considered in the development of long-term-running computer programs. We are limited somewhat in that many of our calculations terminate with Babylonian calendar events (4,000 years ago), but this has never given programmers any unexpected difficulties.

Although we make use of planetary positions as necessary in the determination of spacecraft orbits on our computers, I have not found that any "astronauts and space scientists at Greenbelt" were involved in the "lost day" story attributed to Mr. Hill.

Yes, NASA made use of planetary positions. Yes, they were going back 4,000 years. All they would have to do was open the Chinese Classics and come to this record of king Wan's dream in Spring. Right away the computer would put up a red light that the sun cannot be in Leo in Spring! That this five planet conjunction in Fang/Libra 180° from the sun in Pisces in February could not be possible. Mercury orbits very close to the sun. How could Mercury be 180° away from the sun in Fang/libra/Scorpius and still be next to the sun? No way! No way could Mercury be in conjunction with the other planets in Scorpius. Together with a six day moon this record seems to depict the planets in the west just above the sun at sunset. A computer service technician from NASA who started work just after the Missing Day Story came out emailed me from a newsgroup in about 2000 that these computers often put up a red light and had to be seen to. Yigael Yadin estimated Hazor was burned 1266 - 1233 BC while doing excavations there in 1958 and 1968. All the spacemen would have to do is look for a five planet conjunction at sunset for this period. Joshua's long day perhaps February 26 1238 BC may have been like King Wan's dream about the same time. They may have connected king Wan's dream to Joshua's long day February 26 1238 BC. Then the computer would tell them this conjunction in the first month of the Chinese spring and on the 6th day of the moon could only be February 26 1238 BC. Next they would see the conjunction was in Fang/Scorpius 180° away and right away realize the five planets moved 180° with the sun to Fang/Scorpius. While they were looking at Assyrian Omens they would find the omen:

"If in Adar (February 20 - March 20) the sun stands still in the middle of noontime: the land will experience siege (and) misery."

Adar is February. February 26 1238 BC is probably when the sun stood still at noon time for Joshua and there was siege and misery. This day could have lasted 12 hours longer or 60 hours longer at noon. Thus it became an Assyrian omen. And thus NASA had all the records it needed to find the missing day and the remaining missing 40 minutes with the help of the Bible. These were scientists on a mission. All they were looking for is anything astronomical. The next book after Joshua is Judges. Boling wrote that Joshua and Judges began at the same time. Their day was not done till the 40 minutes were found. Once it was found they did not need to record their findings. Their mission was to find problems to the space program. And since this problem had been solved and posed no risk to the space program it did not need to be reported.

Job 3:6 "As for that night, let darkness seize upon it; let it not be joined unto the days of the year, let it not come into the number of the months."

The night of Jesus' crucifixion was a dark lunar eclipse. The lunar eclipse may have lasted 60 hours. Thus the night was not joined by the day. Thus the regular time of the night and day had long elapsed before there was morning. Also, earth flowed out of the reverse orbit of the sun that Friday night April 3 33 AD. Then Saturday night about 9 PM earth flowed into a reverse orbit of the sun. So this day Saturday April 4 33 AD is not really joined with the rest of the reverse orbit year. Moreover, when the earth flowed out of the reverse orbit of the sun, the earth went backwards one day in a regular orbit. Thus, as far as the movement of the earth in orbit around the sun there is no trace of that Saturday or Friday.

Isaiah 60:1 "Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee."

The same may be of Jesus' birth. Job uttered these words in Job 3:6 of the day of his birth for the suffering he went through. How much more Jesus suffered. There is record of a lunar eclipse the night after the fast when the High Priest Matthias asked his kinsman to stand in for him at the temple because of an unholy dream. For which Herod had Matthias' wife's brother made High Priest. There is a slim possibility this may be my ancestor because my Y-DNA was R1b1 Cohen possibly High Priest at least 60 generations ago with 30 years to a generation. This suggests the lunar eclipse was a night after the day of Atonement - the only time the High Priest went into the Holiest of Holies. Herod was so disgusted he had this High Priest executed. Another Matthias had the Roman gold eagle removed from the temple. He too was executed. There is the possibility this eclipse was at the same time a sun miracle. A sun miracle like the one the night of the crucifixion. Perhaps this was the reason the day was not regarded. One year earlier from this date is September 14, 6 BC, Rosh Hashanah - the blowing of trumpets and new year. Perhaps the shepherds watching their sheep found Jesus in the manger on the long night of blowing of trumpets and singing of angels September 14, 6 BC. This night may have been 12 hours or 36 hours longer. Then perhaps the wise men came from the east possibly June of 5 BC. Then Arcturus would pass directly above Bethlehem at midnight. In September normaly Arcturus is setting just after the sunset. However, with earth now in a reverse orbit, Arcturus would be rising in the east at midnight in September, then at sunset in June of 5 BC. Thus in June Arcturus would appear briefly in the same month and position as it normally did in this reverse orbit. Perhaps Herod slew the children Bethlehem two and under in 5 BC when it had already been a year since the sun miracle September 14, 6 BC. Herod died March 30, 4 BC, almost one and a half years after September 14, 6 BC. The sun may move to the other side of earth and back March 12, 5 BC. Then the sun move back and earth flow out of the reverse orbit of the sun - September 15, 5 BC; at the time of the lunar eclipse when Herod killed the High Priest Matthias just a day after the day of Atonement. Thus the lunar eclipse September 15, 5 BC, was recorded because it lasted so long. If this was the date of Jesus' birth one year earlier, what happened to the High Priest one year later may be reason the day was not regarded.

Job 38:12 "Hast thou commanded the morning since thy days; and caused the dayspring to know his place;
13 That it might take hold of the wings of the earth, that the wicked might be shaken out of it?
14 It is turned as clay to the seal; and they stand as a garment.

38:31 Canst thou bind the sweet influences of the seven stars, or loose the bands of Orion?
32 Canst thou bring forth Mazzaroth in his season? or canst thou guide Arcturus with his sons?"

The seven stars may be the Big Dipper, with Arcturus at the end of the handle. Then Arcturus points to the seasons in its night time appearing. Arcturus would pass directly over Bethlehem at midnight in this reverse orbit in June of 5 BC, the month it normally passes above Bethlehem in summer. Then the wise men may have followed Arcturus to Jerusalem and to Bethelehem and to Jesus in June of 5 BC. Perhaps the sweet influences are the sweet influences of fruit in summer. Perhaps the sweet influences are the sweet influences of the life of Christ.

Jeremiah 6:17 "Also I set watchmen over you, saying, Hearken to the sound of the trumpet. But they said, We will not hearken."

Luke 2:8 "And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night."

Luke 2:16 "And they came with haste, and found Mary, and Joseph, and the babe lying in a manger.
2:17 And when they had seen it, they made known abroad the saying which was told them concerning this child."

The civil new year began with the day of Atonement in August/September. If Elizabeth conceived just after her husband performed the temple services on the day of Atonement on Friday September 4, 7 BC, then her fifth month may have been December. Then Mary may have conceived Jesus of the Holy Ghost in the sixth month January. Then Jesus would be born 9 months later in September. Then Zechariah could have performed the duties of the High Priest Friday September 4, 7 BC on the sabbath on the day of Atonement, when the angel Gabriel spoke to him. Then the sixth month, Adar, would start January 20, 6 BC nine months to September 14, 6 BC with a second month of Adar the lunar month beginning March 20, 6 BC. Thus, Jesus may have been born on Rosh Hashanah in 6 BC.


Moreover, for the planets to appear in their seasons as they would have all the planets would be 180° away from where they normally would be half an orbit later and again a year later. So, when the sun moved 180° half an orbit later the planets would simply move 180° also. Simply, God must move the solar system around the earth. So staying in their nighttime positions on that day, during the sun miracle and after it. Thus, far from planets being a problem to God, they would all make one easy movement. Except for a few instances given here, like the irregular movement of Mars and Jupiter, ancient people thought this was normal. So for the space scientist this model explained everything he needed to know.

After Joshua's long day Joshua conquered Jabin and Hazor in Joshua 11 perhaps a year later. Judges 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 must have occurred at the same time, perhaps between Joshua 10 and Joshua 11. Jabin appears to be still at Hazor in Judges 4 & 5. The sun must have moved back half an orbit or 186 days 10 hours after 12 PM, noon, February 26 1238 BC at 10 PM August 31 1238 BC. This could be at the beginning of the second watch when Gideon attacked Midian. Probably the sun in Judges 5:31 marked the sun miracle to begin the second reverse orbit that sunrise. Then either the sun moved with earth's rotation to stand still at noon in the battle of Merom for Joshua in Joshua 11 or the sun suddenly rose in the east just after sunset February 26 1237 BC for Joshua's surprise attack. This describes the setting for the sun to move back February 27 1237 BC and earth flow out of the reverse orbit without a trace and even start a second reverse orbit.
